CWG Engineering Limited was formed as a result of the founders’ vision to create a consultancy that specialized in engineering services and harness the enthusiasm and innovation of the next generation. The founders are strong believers in client partnerships, working smarter, a performance-based reward culture and a distributed staff ownership model for the business.
CWG is an abbreviation of Co-workers’ Group Engineering Limited. Our legacy of a wholly-employee owned that cares for its people, a business that lives for its clients and a business that breathes a growth mindset has formed a solid platform for geographical growth, expansion services and increased staff diversity.
